2024 Annual General Meeting

Date: 6-8 pm on Thursday, January 30th, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting for Greenrock will be held on 30 January 2025 in the Ignite Meeting Room on 12 Wesley Street, Hamilton, at 6 pm, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, for the following purposes:

 

Agenda

  • To appoint a Chairperson for the meeting;

  • To confirm notice and quorum;

  • To review and approve the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting;

  • To receive and review the 2023 financial statements of Greenrock;

  • To waive the appointment of an auditor;

  • To elect the Board of Directors and Officers of Greenrock (see list below); and

  • To discuss any other business

  • Eugene Dean - Chairman

  • Dwayne Trott - Deputy Chairman

  • Christina Collis – Secretary

  • Martina Olcheski-Bell – Treasurer
